depressedtailszone chippertailszoneWell, I dunno if my post was overlooked by my friends or what, but I did this big post advertising my art and no one cared. I suppose they didn't notice when my birthday was, either. I feel so unloved right now. If you want to know what I'm talking about, then go to my page and look at the one done before this one.
I'm feeling a little down, so I'm listening to Nightwish and Gorillaz, 'cause they help my mood. It doesn't improve it much, but I don't want it improved. I'm mourning.
You see, one of the strays that my family cares for, Mini-O, passed away today a few hours ago. There was no pain for him, and he died in his sleep, but it was traumatizing for my sister to walk in and find him dead by the cat's food. He was the runt of the litter, so mom was actually surprised he managed to live so long, but we had gotten so attached to him that we considered the strays part of our family.
I'm terrible with funerals, so I stayed inside while my mom and two of my sisters carried him outside and buried him. I take comfort in the fact that he did not suffer before his death, and I know that he enjoyed the small amount of life he had. He looked so peaceful, as if he was just sleeping, and mom said that he had already been dead a few hours before we found him, as rigor mortis had already set in. I've never seen such a peaceful-looking cat.
Of course, as a cat-lover, this makes me very upset, and I just wanted to get this out to you guys. That, and I wanted to know if people actually cared about what I post...
Another thing that depresses me is that my headset broke about a week ago and if you use the mic to talk in class in the Elluminate sessions I attend for school, you get extra points. Plus, I miss playing out silly Mello and Near stuff with TUL Angel, and hearing her mother make remarks. Haha, we called her L.
But, we can't do that fun stuff until I get my new headset which shoulod be here by Saturday. I wonder what this pair will look like? The design of my current one differed from my older one. Yes, I've had to get a new one twice.
Once again, although if no one saw it before it's not "once again", my birthday is March 31st, and presents would be nice. I’ll be 18~! <33

I feel accomplished!tailszone Yay, I got accepted~!tailszone I'm pretty perky to-day~!Valentine's Day went well, and I spent about an hour or so at Linda's house before we went to my house 'cause the internet connection at her house is crap. Linda is the friend I was making the cookies and chocolates for, by the way. She made me german-chocolate cake with confetti frosting and it was so delicious~!
Since the A-doujin is actually very sad and full of suicide, I didn't work on it today. There's enough suicide on this day as it issssssssssss. Of course, I also neglected to draw at all; despite bringing both notebooks. XD
On a side-note, I have an image of a sort of poster for "The Wall", so I'll be working on that tonight as soon as I move up into the room again. It's so interesting, and I hope I can do it right~!
Maybe I can do a base-picture with the positions of the characters and hopefully get a one of the few really good artists I know around here to make a really pretty one...
Eh, I'll try my hand on it, first. See how it turns out.

My topic of conversation today is one character that has had many theories about him, but never really shows up in canon: A.
Yes, “A” is a boy that was one of the first, and until Death Note Rewrite 2: L no tsugu mono, where Near remembers things about Whammy’s House that we wouldn’t otherwise see, had no picture.
Everyone kept theorizing different things about A, who Mello briefly mentioned in Death note: Another Note, but no one actually had anything CANON to work off of, and so kept changing A’s gender around, as well as A’s personality. A was an enigma that everyone wanted to know, but got nothing.
HOWEVER, there is a clip in Death Note Rewrite 2: L no tsugu mono, where a significantly noticable blonde male is seen talking and laughing with a couple kids. In this same scene, B is seen in the background walking by in his L clothing. But, that is not important to me.
Who I am talking about is A.
A.
Since Near apparantly remembers in shades of yellow or blue, we can’t really clarify this for sure, but here is A’s description (I will also include a picture; the only canon one. I’ll place it below this post.) :
Hair: Blonde, wavy, ends just above his shoulders.
Face: Kind of oval-ish, and slender.
Eyes: (This is actually what people theorize, since in Near’s memories everyone has black eyes. XD) Baby-blue.
Skin-tone: Looks to be a peachy color, but it also looks like it’s pale in a shade of yellow, so it’s really hard to tell. Darn Near and his weird-colored memories!
Clothing: A white sweater, dark-blue jeans, and a red coat with a pink-ish stripe across the chest. His shoes are not visible.
As you can see, there is really nothing entirely canon to go off of. BUT, the fanbase has made a few theories about him!:
- B and A were in a relationship, but B broke it off because he was too obsessed with L.
- B was the cause of A’s death shortly before leaving Whammy’s House, by telling him when he would die. NO ONE should know when they are going to die, seriously.
- A kind of hated L, but idolized him at the same time.
- It was the pressure of being the first in line that killed him, not B.
- A, B, and L were all learning at Whammy’s House at the same time, and A couldn’t handle the extensive training.
- A and L had a relationship going, and B drove him to suicide to get him out of the way. (I doubt this one.)
- A is a girl. (O.O WTF? Mello said “his”, didn’t he?)
- A has brown hair.
- A was Emo.
There are many others, but this post is already huge and I won’t include them.
My point is, there is a major LACK of information about this guy. No one seems to appreciate the fact that his death made Whammy’s House easier on the later generation (Mello, Near, etc.).
My point is this: As soon as Death Note: Another Note came out, people made hundreds of B fanart, but A has very little! Before people veven KNEW B, as soon as they heard about him, he had a fanclub!
Now that Near has shown us his yellow-tint memory of A, we can actually do fanart of him. Thank you, Near, and I ask you people this:
Will you spread the A love? Will you draw fanart of him, and share your love for him? After all, his sacrifice made things so much easier for the others! He was important to B, L, and everyone else in Whammy’s House – even if he was also a ghost story – so why not us?
